Register of Interests
All Parish Councillors are required to notify Solihull Metropolitan Borough Council’s Monitoring Officer of their Disclosable Pecuniary Interests, by completing a declaration of interests form. The Register of Interests is open to inspection by the public and copies of the Declaration of Interest forms can be accessed by clicking here.
Members Code of Conduct
In addition Parish Councillors are required to undertake their duties in accordance with the Code of Conduct adopted by Balsall Parish Council. The Code of Conduct document can be viewed here.

PUBLICATION SCHEME UNDER THE FREEDOM OF INFORMATION ACT 2000
The purpose of this publication scheme is the means by which the Parish Council can make information available routinely.
In some cases a class of information sets out a range of information that is excluded from publication. Excluded throughout the scheme is general correspondence sent or received by the council and all information relating to private individuals by virtue of it being personal data under the Data Protection Act 1998.
Charges may be made for the provision of copies of the documents and information listed in each of the classes.
